We know that Jesus commanded us to forgive. Life gives us many, many opportunities to practice! We must forgive family, coworkers and friends. I know from experience that it is not always easy. It is especially hard when one person keeps offending us over and over. If I become offended, I pray for forgiveness, patience and guidance. Additionally, I focus on God and His Word. My prayer is that God will forgive me for being impatient at times. I forgive the person in my heart and ask God for wisdom going forth. Remember, the Word of God said, “You must forgive because God has forgiven you!”
